The Dining Table by Isamu Noguchi is one of the most elegant dining tables

in the history of twentieth-century furniture design.

The chrome-plated rods connect to a cast iron base ring to give

the sculptor-designer's table added stability and support,

but without appearing heavy.

The Dining Table is available with table tops in two sizes.

Material

Table top: plywood with hard laminate surface, black-stained edge.
Base: cast iron with black lacquer finish, chrome-plated steel wire.
Range of use: recommended for residential use only.

The oeuvre of Japanese-American artist and designer Isamu Noguchi is unusually multi-faceted,

ranging from the fine arts to industrial design.

Since 2002, Vitra has produced re-editions of his designs in cooperation

with the Isamu Noguchi Foundation in New York.
